What can I expect day by day throughout the course?

That being said, in terms of the change in gut ecosystem, one can expect the following sequence:
Day 1 to 3 involves the first wave of adaptations to the prebiotic. People experience improvements in sleep and an increase in mental energy and calmness throughout the day. You may also experience some temporary gas from the first wave of adaptation to the prebiotic.
By day 4 to 6 the initial phase of adaptation to the prebiotic has completed for most people and many will now notice improvements in skin and a lack of bloating and improvements in bowel movement formation.
By Day 7 to 8 many notice that they now have much healthier, predictable, and easier bathroom habits, they are consistently sleeping better, and they do not get bloated. Mental health is feeling much improved and skin and hair will appear more healthy.
The gut microbiota influence many other systems in the body therefore all the other improvements you will experience are more specific to what precisely you have wrong with you, stemming from gut dysbiosis.
For those with severe dysbiosis this timeline may be extended.
Not everyone is guaranteed to respond to the Elixa course.
After day 8, the results stabilise even now the probiotic course has ended.
By maintaining good gut health for 1-2 weeks after the end of the course (by eating well and taking the prebiotic) you can begin to introduce foods which may have previously caused you problems.

How quickly will you dispatch and deliver my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders same-day. The only exception is if we receive the order late in the day (UK time zone), in which case it will be dispatched the following morning.
We use the fastest service our carrier offers for both UK and International shipments.

Customs Processing can occasionally add extra days if your country's system is slow.
For the USA, due to recent changes in import rules, the import duty/tax/tariff is paid in advance by us (Elixa Ltd.) to keep packages moving swiftly.
Does Elixa require refrigeration during postage? Will my order arrive in good condition?
Great question. Something I receive from my customers in Australia, Southern California, and Dubai, in particular.
Since we are the manufacturer of Elixa, we know exactly how to handle probiotics for maximum viability.
The key to maintaining viability of the Elixa Probiotic bacteria is to correctly freeze-dry them and then prevent any humidity ingress whatsoever. This is far more important than controlling temperature.
Properly freeze-dried and packaged probiotics are stable at all temperatures they will experience during the delivery process and during storage at your home.
No refrigeration is required.
This is because it is the lack of moisture in the powder which keeps them in suspended animation and prevents them dying. It is not about temperature.
The packaging we use blocks humidity (and oxygen) ingress to keep the bacteria viable for up to 2 years.
This explains why our many customers in extremely hot climates (and some freezing cold climates too!) all experience the same benefits from their Elixa courses!
