When you purchase Phase 2 you receive everything you need: namely, the 8-Day course of Phase 2 Probiotic AND the 1-month supply of Elixa Prebiotic necessary for fuelling the Phase 2 probiotic bacteria.
No need to buy anything else. It is all included.

N.B. At present, the Prebiotic portion is provided as unprinted sachets in an unprinted box, rather than the fancy card tube you see in the product images. This is because we are currently waiting on more of those card tubes to arrive at our factory so we can package up our next batch of sachets in them. The price you are seeing on this page has been slightly reduced to reflect this. The contents/ingredients and effect are exactly the same as usual. The packaging has no impact on that - of course!

Great question. Something I receive from my customers in Australia, Southern California, and Dubai, in particular.

Since we are the manufacturer of Elixa, we know exactly how to handle probiotics for maximum viability.

The key to maintaining viability of the Elixa Probiotic bacteria is to correctly freeze-dry them and then prevent any humidity ingress whatsoever. This is far more important than controlling temperature.
Properly freeze-dried and packaged probiotics are stable at all temperatures they will experience during the delivery process and during storage at your home.
No refrigeration is required.
This is because it is the lack of moisture in the powder which keeps them in suspended animation and prevents them dying. It is not about temperature.

The packaging we use blocks humidity (and oxygen) ingress to keep the bacteria viable for up to 2 years.

This explains why our many customers in extremely hot climates (and some freezing cold climates too!) all experience the same benefits from their Elixa courses!
